Donation Process

1. Minimum Donation Requirement

To make logistics efficient and impactful, we accept donations of at least 25 complete uniforms (bunker gear sets).
Each set should include:

  • Coat and pants

  • (Optional) boots, gloves, and helmet if available

Used or retired gear is welcome as long as it’s clean, safe, and serviceable.

2. Packaging Instructions

  • Stack your 25 sets on a standard 48” x 40” pallet

  • Wrap tightly with industrial plastic or heavy-duty shrink wrap

  • Label the pallet clearly:

DONATION – FIRE GEAR From: [Your Department Name] Contact: [Phone or Email]

  • (Optional) Include a short inventory list inside the wrap or taped to the outside

3. Shipping and Pickup - Once your pallet is ready, we’ll handle the rest.

Contact us with:

  • Your name and department

  • Pickup address (please note if you have a loading dock or forklift)

  • Number of uniforms you’re donating

Donating my old gear felt rewarding. Knowing it helps firefighters overseas is heartwarming. This nonprofit truly makes a difference in saving lives with every donation!

A firefighter wearing protective gear, including a helmet and breathing apparatus, is actively extinguishing a large fire engulfing a wooden structure. The flames are tall and intense, with thick smoke billowing upwards. The ground surrounding the structure is charred and there is foam visible, likely from the firefighting efforts.
