Donation Process
Three simple steps. We handle the rest.

Gather Your Gear
We require a minimum of 25 complete bunker gear sets per donation. Each set includes:
- ๐งฅ Turnout coat (required)
- ๐ Turnout pants (required)
- ๐ฅพ Boots (optional)
- ๐งค Gloves (optional)
- โ๏ธ Helmet (optional)
Gear condition: Used or retired gear is welcome as long as it is clean, safe, and serviceable. Gear does not need to meet current NFPA standards โ it just needs to be functional and in reasonable condition.

Pack & Palletize
Stack your 25 gear sets on a standard 48" ร 40" pallet and prepare for pickup:
- ๐ฆ Stack sets neatly on the pallet
- ๐ง Wrap securely with industrial plastic or shrink wrap
- ๐ท๏ธ Label clearly: "DONATION โ FIRE GEAR"
- ๐ Include your department name and contact info on the label
- ๐ Optional: attach an inventory list of items included

Schedule Pickup
Contact us with the following details and we'll arrange everything:
- ๐ค Your name and department name
- ๐ Pickup address
- ๐๏ธ Loading dock / forklift availability
- ๐ข Number of uniform sets
We pay ALL shipping costs. You don't spend a dime. Once scheduled, you'll receive a pickup confirmation and bill of lading.
