Donation Process
Three simple steps. We handle the rest.

Gather Your Gear
We require a minimum of 25 complete bunker gear sets per donation. Each set includes:
- 🧥 Turnout coat (required)
- 👖 Turnout pants (required)
- 🥾 Boots (optional)
- 🧤 Gloves (optional)
- ⛑️ Helmet (optional)
Gear condition: Used or retired gear is welcome as long as it is clean, safe, and serviceable. Gear does not need to meet current NFPA standards — it just needs to be functional and in reasonable condition.

Pack & Palletize
Stack your 25 gear sets on a standard 48" × 40" pallet and prepare for pickup:
- 📦 Stack sets neatly on the pallet
- 🔧 Wrap securely with industrial plastic or shrink wrap
- 🏷️ Label clearly: "DONATION – FIRE GEAR"
- 📋 Include your department name and contact info on the label
- 📝 Optional: attach an inventory list of items included

Schedule Pickup
Contact us with the following details and we'll arrange everything:
- 👤 Your name and department name
- 📍 Pickup address
- 🏗️ Loading dock / forklift availability
- 🔢 Number of uniform sets
We pay ALL shipping costs. You don't spend a dime. Once scheduled, you'll receive a pickup confirmation and bill of lading.
